Our owner began her automotive journey as a secretary at AAMCO in 1999. She worked her way up to becoming a manager then head technician. In the following years, she eventually became the franchise’s owner. But it wasn’t until she decided to relocate to Middletown, NY that Dail Transmission and Total Car Care was established. Here at Dail, we offer first-class customer service along with a variety of auto repair and maintenance services. We specialize in engine and transmission repairs, transmission rebuilds, brake services, diagnostics, and more. Impressed by the management and staff at Dail for making reasonable effort to quickly identify and resolve an issue. CarMax did not make it easy to get an appointment to resolve a back up camera display issue while under warranty. The Dail team fixed the issue and communicated with me and directly with CarMax on my behalf. I saw the team keeping other customers informed as the morning progressed of their vehicle’s status. Super impressed by the professionalism and efficiency here.

Terrific fast and friendly service provided by Dail. Traveling from Florida in a classic car when developed brake and gas tank issues. On a busy Monday morning, they fit me in, found the problem and had me back on the road the next day. It was a quick and pleasant visit. the job was done well with options discussed. Prices fair, would visit again. The only complaint is parking is a little cramped.
